+ hOW BIG IS THE SPACE?

Illumine Church is providing a space featuring flexible seating, which means that the chairs might be placed in various configurations to accommodate the needs of the particular production.

+ Is there a dress code?

Short answer - No.
Audience members are free to wear whatever is comfortable. If you really like to dress up, go for it! Jeans are perfectly acceptable as well. All we ask is no profanity, obscene graphics, hateful language etc. Bottom line - dress as you please!

+ do i have to buy my tickets ahead of time?

We sell tickets in advance HERE!
There are a limited amount sold at the door the night of the performance. If you buy them online, they WILL NOT be mailed to you. Please bring a copy of your receipt (email on your phone is fine) as proof of purchase to Will Call.

+ what if i have a season pass or membership pass? how do i get my tickets?

If you have either of the above RESERVATIONS ARE REQUIRED. Passes must be used during the current season.
Simply contact the box office in advance at (803) 326-7428 or email rhct@rockhilltheatre.org to reserve your seats.

+ what if i buy a ticket and can’t get to the show? do i get a refund?

Individual tickets - Refund up to 7 DAYS before the event. Eventbrite’s fee is nonrefundable.
Season Passes and Memberships - No Refund

+ are there discounts? groups, students, seniors?

Yes, yes and yes! For groups of 10+, it will be $10 per ticket (No other discounts apply).
Student/Senior tickets are $12 each.

+ what time should i arrive for the performance?

Theatre doors will open 30 minutes prior to curtain. Please make sure you arrive with enough time to park, process tickets, get refreshments and find your seat.

+ How do/can I get involved with RHCT?

There are many ways to get involved, both on-stage and off! We are a volunteer-based community theatre, we can always use the extra hand!

We are working on some exciting classes and workshops for all ages!

+ do you provide costume rentals? props, sets?

We are reviewing our inventory and currently not providing rentals to the public.
We have in the past and may reconsider it, so more info to come.
